چکیده
Appropriate treatment of non-healing diabetic foot ulcers is challenging as the whole skin repair process complicated. Current therapeutic strategies have to be evolved for better efficacy. Staphylococcus epidermidis (S. epidermidis) a commensal having probiotic properties. The wound healing potential its lysate was explored using biopsies. Full-thickness skin, obtained from individuals with and without diabetes, wounded an excisional punch. Skin explants were cultured serum-free medium in presence absence S. lysate. ability stimulate re-epithelialisation assessed ex-vivo human model wounding patients diabetes. Epithelial tongue length significantly reduced wounds comparison non-diabetic samples, even after 12 days post-wounding. Re-epithelialisation augmented considerably lysate-treated ex-vivo. In increase twofold greater but only slight enhancement observed control (untreated sample). epidermal thickness also increased 7.7-fold treated 4.4-fold untreated samples. cell number per unit area showed significant Ki-67 positive cells slighter indicating expression proliferation marker newly formed epithelial samples (both non-diabetic). promotes both biopsies may used accelerate chronic ulcer wounds. Its needs further vivo molecular studies.

15 صفحه اولa frame semantic approach to the study of translating cultural scripts in salingers franny and zooey
the frame semantic theory is a nascent approach in the area of translation studies which goes beyond the linguistic barriers and helps us to incorporate cognitive and cultural factors to the study of translation. based on rojos analytical model (2002b), which centered in the frames or knowledge structures activated in the text, the present research explores the various translation problems that...
15 صفحه اول- MODELS TO INVESTIGATE HUMAN WOUND HEALING - Development of an in vivo mouse model to study human wound healing
Scar formation is a frequently occurring unwanted result of healing of a skin wound. The mechanisms causing scar formation are not fully understood, although many studies have attempted to unravel this issue. Most of these studies were performed in animals or in in vitro models, but both have major drawbacks. In the present study we aimed to develop a representative model in which the human wou...

A New Mathematical Model to Investigate Drug Treatment on the Overall Process of Wound Healing
The absence of a universally accepted mathematical model for assessment of the effectiveness of drugs in the process of wound healing is one of the problems the health professionals have been faced. In this study, an “empirical” mathematical model is presented to evaluate its reliability from an experimental viewpoint and from a comparative aspect with previous models used to study wound healin...
